Provide Admin support for transport office
- Liaise with customer service departments to resolve driver/transport/customer (internal & external) Issues
- Answer phone calls in prompt and efficient manner
- Computer input of daily deliveries/collections (including special requests) - to produce of daily route sheets
- Monitor and report on internal & external fuel transactions
- Collate on spread sheet and check transport Invoices for the manager to sign off
- Work with insurance Company/broker to ensure accident paperwork completed accurately and on time
- Order PPE for drivers and transport staff
- Other ad hoc duties as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
