Recruitment professionals are seeking a passionate Room Leader for a reputable nursery in Tooting.

Position: Room Leader

Location: Tooting

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft age-appropriate curriculum for holistic child development.
- Nurturing care ensuring safety and well-being.
- Lead and mentor a passionate educator team.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive learning space.
- Partner with parents for a child's journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare.
- Exceptional leadership and motivation skills.
- Stellar communication & interpersonal abilities.
- Deep passion for early childhood education.
- Experience in childcare is a plus.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
