We are looking for a Traffic Supervisor in our depot to be part of a team that works together to provide excellent service. You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just providing great service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.

This role is working 40 hours per week, **Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 20:00pm**

As a Traffic Supervisor, you will support in leading a team in the traffic office and a team of drivers to ensure excellent performance and service on the road. You will support in investigating incidents of service failures and work closely with the customer service team to ensure the customer is updated. You will ensure drivers are fully briefed and de-briefed at the beginning and end of their days and liaise with them throughout their shift.

**You will need to**
- Have experience in supervising a team
- Ideally have experience working within a transport operation
- Demonstrate a background of success in achieving and exceeding targets whilst delivering an outstanding experience in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with team members
- Be computer literate and confident in the use of technology and IT systems
- Have a practical knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
- Be motivated and passionate
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
- Ideally have experience working within the Supply chain, logistics, FMCG, warehouse or distribution sector
