Groundworks Labourer

Groundworks labourer required to join GRS Northeast Ltd Team.

Job Role:

- Working with installers and following instructions for daily tasks.
- Using equipment and tools effectively to perform construction tasks.
- Removing / installing kerb lines in a squad.
- Laying pavements, kerbs and driveways in a squad.
- Preparing the ground and foundations in preparation for other construction work in a squad.
- Digging trenches and moving ground.
- Following relevant health and safety procedures and risk
- Mixing concrete on site

**Requirements**:

- Good problem solving skills
- A good level of physical fitness to perform required tasks.
- A valid CSCS card
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Previous experience within Groundworks or assisting Groundworkers
- Uses and maintenance of power tools
- Measure mark and cut construction materials

Our construction sites are based through out northeast. You would require your own transport if not local to Stanley or Langley park.

Our yard is based in catchgate industrial estate.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
