Are you a super confident, creative, social media guru?

We are currently looking for a highly organised Social Media Executive to join our team. This will be an opportunity for you to hone your skills in a varied and exciting role with further opportunity and creative freedom for fresh new ideas.

As an integral part of the team, you will assist in managing social content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating high impact content, scheduling and posting, providing strategy and evaluating campaigns whilst ensuring our brands are on trend and leading from the front.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, influencer management and working with the team.
- Oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Ensure all content is on brand and delivered in the appropriate tone of voice with high levels of accuracy.
- Managing content and day-to-day activities, including copy, content & scheduling for social media posts.
- Engage in proactive conversations with our audience across the relevant social media channels, monitoring, responding, and liking relevant comments.
- Reporting current trends which could influence our social media posts. Use initiative to create reactive and disruptive content in order to keep our audience engaged.
- Be pro-active in creating content in-house for community pages.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant departments for any social media requests
- Support the team with social media reports (e.g. Weekly/Monthly)
- Analyse competitor activity and actively share insights with the marketing team.
- Assist the brand team with large projects, photoshoots, offsite events, and community management when required.

**What you bring**:
You will need the ability to manage all social media platforms, be able to self motivate, a spelling and grammatical guru, excellent communication and team skills, think creatively and be an effective strategist.

**Perks**

25 days + bank holidays (8 days)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
