We at **Bouygues** are looking for a **Supervisor **for our **London** team.

Bouygues Energies & Services provide a comprehensive range of infrastructure solutions within the urban and inter-urban environment. We work across street lighting, smart city and smart motorway transport solutions.

This includes Highway Lighting, CCTV, EV charge points, Wi-Fi systems, Energy Connections and more.

By providing innovative technology offerings, we can help clients re-engineer the DNA of cities and the surrounding infrastructure network, delivering effective and efficient services.

**Main job responsibilities**:

- To supervise the installation of street lighting, signs and associated street furniture
- To carry out visual inspection of installations to ensure that the quality of work is of required standard
- To arrange inspections by the client
- To ensure that any faults noted by the client are rectified immediately and re-inspection arranged
- To ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete and fully accounted for
- To supervise the works completion process in order to identify and report recoverable income; to ensure completion and closing down of job packs
- To contribute to the monthly invoicing process for the relevant areas of responsibility
- To meet key performance indicators set out within budget profile and customer requirements
- To update works programme and record slippage
- To champion Health & Safety at all times

***Skillset Required**:

- Must have previous operational experience in street lighting
- Ability to manage and instruct operatives
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of Commercial / Finance side of the business
- Willing to assist with manual work when needed
- IT literate
- SMSTS and NRSWA qualifications are desirable
