**Hourly Rate starting at £10 per hour negotiable DOE**

Frankie + Lola’s is looking for food handlers to join our team in Burnley. Responsibilities will include:

- Contributing, consistently, to the delivery of a smooth and high-quality food service.
- Developing a strong working knowledge of our menu, and preparing each item to a high standard and in line with established guidelines. Menu items include pasta, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast items, homemade cakes and desserts, etc.
- Assisting in the ordering, storage, control and management of all stock, according to regulations and administrative procedures.
- Complying with all current Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations and ensuring the health, safety and enjoyment of visitors whilst using our foodservice facilities.
- Assisting with all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and other food service areas; ensuring that high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
- Working with the wider venue team to ensure that Frankie & Lola’s customer service excellence standards are delivered daily.
- Coordinating with the front of house team to deliver food for functions and parties on a tight schedule.
- Have some experience in hospitality/leisure cooking environments.
- Have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
