**Receptionist - Immediate Start**

**Salary: £13.39 per hour**

**Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming all visitors and staff to the building warmly, including meet and greet visitors with offering of tea and coffee
- Taking calls via the switchboard for all 5 x UK offices on Microsoft Teams
- Maintaining and updating all logs and databases for reception
- Ensuring and maintaining correct procedures for signing in on sign in app
- Overseeing In house desk booking system check ins and desk bumps
- Managing the requests in the London inbox responding to queries
- Booking couriers, taxis, and rail tickets
- Office upkeep i.e., replenishing office supplies, maintaining communal areas
- Issuing security and access passes

**Receptionist Essentials**:

- A minimum 6 months’ experience in reception, administration, office support, management, or coordination
- Outstanding people skills both face to face and via phone
- Excellent computer and IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of using spreadsheets basic level
- A proactive approach to work and approachable manner
