Rendering and Screeding Apprentice

The job will be a three year apprenticeship, attending Lincoln College one day per week. The job will be in varying locations due to them being at residential properties, can be picked up from an agreed location. The hours will be varied as the rendering work is weather dependant. There will be a base number of hours a week. The work will involve using machinery, the majority of our render is sprayed, the flow screed is pumped. You will be trained in aspects of rendering, flow screed, under floor heating and plastering, the majority of training will be on site. You will be spraying, ruling, spatting, learning to use the machinery, setting up and learning to flow screed, also a small amount of plastering. Due to the nature of the work must have a mature attitude.
