Casual Chauffeur/bearer

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport passengers (in limousines) and deceased (in ambulances) to their destinations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with passengers to address any questions or concerns
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at each destination
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding passenger safety and security

**Skills**:

- Valid driver's license with a comfortable attitude towards driving manual and automatic vehicals
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with a smart appearance
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and complete every aspect of back-of-house funeral work. Training will be provided to any in-experienced employees.

**Long-term**:

- Although this job starts with an earning of £11 per hour, after a 3 month probationary period, the wage will increase to £13.60 per hour with potential for a 35 hour week
- Once the company has more of a foothold within Kent, we will be employing full-time employees
