Float Legal Secretary

My client a prestige Law firm based in South East London area are looking for an experience Legal Secretary for a float role. This role will be covering lots of different areas of law but mainly supporting the Residential Conveyancing Department. This is apermanent position working from 9am to 5.30pm. You will be required to support several Fee Earners who are extremely busy. This right person for this role will be able to managed and priories a busy work load.
Duties include but are not limited to:

- All secretarial support to the Fee Earners in the company, within Conveyancing, Private Client and Family Law, but not limited to.
- First point of contact for all clients, calling in and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Dealing with the whole Conveyancing process from start to finish
- High volume of document production including Audio typing
- Diary management, booking and sending out meeting invites and taking minutes in meetings
