Office based

£20,000 - £25,000

As a Marketing Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company by managing various administrative tasks and overseeing the company website. This position requires a combination of organisational skills, digital marketing knowledge, and technical proficiency in website management.

**Responsibilities**:
Website Administration:
Maintain and update the company website regularly to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and a positive user experience.

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the IT team or external vendors for technical support.

Implement SEO best practices to optimise website content for search engines.

Manage domain registrations, hosting, and other technical aspects related to the website.

Content Management:
Collaborate with the marketing team to update and create compelling content for the website.

Ensure that all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.

Coordinate with different departments to gather information and updates for website content.

Digital Marketing Support:
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain marketing collateral.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Coordinate with external vendors for marketing-related services.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
