**Responsibilities**
- Manage student's timetable.
- To provide 1 to 1 education support to individuals with SEND in their family home and wider community within the Lincolnshire region.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Provide feedback to employer.
- Write daily reports.
- Developing a bespoke, child-led educational program that is based around a child's interests.
- To develop relationships and trust with the student and family/carers.
- Ensuring safeguarding of the children/young people is paramount and safeguarding policies adhered too.
- Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience of working with SEND children/young people required.
- Hold relevant training in working with SEND.
- QTS is preferred but not essential.
- Must have own transport.
- To be available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
