Aircraft Painter

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAM) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland.

We are currently recruiting for a Aircraft Painter to join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 500 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.

**Duties Include**:

- Paint preparation IAW A/C manuals.
- Complete the appropriate documentation IAW company procedures.
- Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks.
- Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- Any other tasks as requested by supervisor / manager

**Requirements**:
**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience in aircraft or component spray painting preferred although consideration will be given to time-served automotive spray painter tradesman.
- Prepared to work shifts (including nights).
- Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
- All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Knowledge and use of tools/equipment required to perform assigned job-related tasks is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
