**Job description**
**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity have risen for another 2 Physician Associates to join us in a Primary Care Network (PCN) in the boroughs of Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. We are looking for up to 2 PAs to join our growing team, which include Physicians Associates, Practice Pharmacists, Nurse Associates, Pharmacy technicians and Social Prescribers.
All our physician associates are properly supervised and will all training supported. You will be in one of our 9 practices, and we already have 5 PAs working in our practice. You will be working in one practice only and will be well supported by their teams.
You will have completed the Physician Associate Postgraduate Diploma and have a passion for developing a career in Primary Care while working within their scope of clinical practice.
The post holders will provide advice for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients being treated.
The post holders will demonstrate critical thinking in the decision-making process. Under the supervision of a GP they will work collaboratively as part of the primary care team and provide advice to meet the needs of patients, and their relatives/carers, while at all times working within the agreed policies and procedures supporting the way care is provided.
**About Us**
West Hill Health is a Primary Care Network in West/Central London that runs from Cleanera Vale/Bayswater to Holland Park, Westbourne Grove and Portobello road areas of London. We consist of 9 GP Practices and look after a registered patient list of around 90,000 patients. You will be working closely with the Clinical Director, GPs, Pharmacists and Practice Managers as well as other members of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
