My client are an iconic brand known for its timeless elegance, innovation, and a rich history spanning decades. With a commitment to both style and sustainability, this brand has become synonymous with sophistication and distinction, gracing the wardrobes of fashion enthusiasts and celebrities worldwide. Now they are looking for an experienced trainer for one of their top stores in London.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct one-to-one, classroom, meeting, and in-store training sessions.
- Adapt training style and methods to meet the unique needs of the audience.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging learning environment and culture.

**Consultation**:

- Serve as the "Training Expert" and collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Retail Area Manager.
- Provide effective recommendations and solutions to address Business Training needs.

**Performance Management**:

- Monitor Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the global framework, including NPS, Retention, Behaviors, and ROTI.
- Analyze Business KPIs to identify learning solutions that can positively impact sales.

**Coaching**:

- Identify and leverage coaching opportunities to transform behaviors and enhance performance.
- Adapt coaching style and approach to suit individuals at all levels.

**Selling Expertise**:

- Display confidence and expertise in selling.
- Proficient in "reading" customers and uncovering their needs.
- Transfer selling skills and techniques effectively.
- Possess experience in product storytelling.

**Curiosity & Continuous Growth**:

- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and self-develop.
- Stay informed about emerging learning and training trends.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Be an expert on products.
- Display a passion for brands and adept storytelling.
- Stay abreast of trends in the fashion industry.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage relationships between the business owners and the Training team.
- Collaborate with business owners to assess training needs and prioritize them.

**Communications**:

- Act as the voice of the Retail Academy.
- Develop and execute communication strategies tied to Business Training projects.
- Lead change management initiatives for all Business Training processes and Retail evolution.
- Ensure training content and delivery align with communicated expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry, ideally including a Retail shop floor background.
- Previous experience in training departments or roles involving training and development responsibilities.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Familiarity with the store environment.
- A deep understanding of Retail Business.
- Knowledge of adult learning techniques.
- Proven experience in presentation and people development.
- Experience in Digital Learning.
- Strong analytical approach.
- International experience and a keen cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
- Articulate, adaptable, and possesses a can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills.
