We are looking for a superstar Senior Learning Designer to join us on our exciting new journey of bespoke content.

Bespoke but not as you know it, we will be leveraging the features on our fastest growing all in one learning platform to design and create custom Learning Pathways including multiple media formats, learning campaigns and practical task briefs and impact assessments.

**Required Skills and Experience**

‍
- Writes engaging and persuasive copy for proposals
- Research required topic areas where required, and use appropriate techniques to restructure and rewrite customer’s content
- Comes up with innovative ways to present content, in terms of both Articulate Storyline components and other formats
- Manage the full life cycle of bespoke content development, from design to development and evaluation
- Can lead other people when required
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in instructional design
- Communicates with customers in a professional manner, responding to their needs appropriately and explaining learning design decisions in a reasoned way.
