Head of Asset Decarbonisation

**Role Overview**:
As the Head of Asset Decarbonisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You’ll lead the strategic planning, management, and implementation of investment initiatives across our housing stock. Your focus will be on enhancing sustainability, improving energy efficiency, and reducing our carbon footprint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive asset decarbonisation strategy aligned with our long-term goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive sustainable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for retrofitting, renewable energy adoption, and energy-efficient technologies.
- Managing a team of 11 retrofit specialists including Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators to assess the needs of the stock and deliver retrofit project which have at their heart customer engagement and good quality in accordance with PAS 2035.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Champion innovation and best practices in decarbonisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in strategic asset management, sustainability, or energy efficiency.
- Strong understanding of decarbonisation principles and net zero targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications in surveying, engineering, environmental science, and/or a relevant PAS 2035 qualification.
