Handyperson Job Purpose

Helps with repairs in Galtres Lodge Hotel that the owners can't complete on their own, such as general maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work, carpentry, renovations, landscaping, repair of walkways, and exteriors.

Handyperson Job Duties
- Changing lightbulbs
- Performing basic repairs of the bedrooms
- Perform renovations of bedroom and public areas
- Complete repairs that may not require a specialized technician
- Complete simple projects such as tiling or other flooring replacement
- Maintain the exterior throughout the seasons
- Clean out rain gutters
- Remove fallen branches or other parts of the landscaping

Handyperson Skills and Qualifications

Ability to do Physical Labour for long hours each day, Experience in Performing Various Tasks around Residential and Commercial buildings, Attention to Detail, Willingness to Learn to use Specialised Tools and Equipment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
