As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for your own sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store, managing inventory, and analysing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of sales associates, providing leadership, training, and support to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
- Achieve personal sales targets while motivating the team to achieve collective targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and promote customer loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the kiosk is attractive and enticing to customers.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of crystals and mindful products preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 30 hours a week to include week day and weekends.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
