Machine Setter/operator

Duties include:

- Programming, setting up and operation of machinery
- Pressing, punching and fabrication of materials using various equipment and machinery
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings and implementing them accordingly
- Carrying out maintenance checks on machines and reporting them to management
- Ensuring all targets and objectives are met within set timescales
- Assisting all other production areas as and when required
- Operating under the Health and Safety guidelines of the business
- Have at least an NVQ Level 2 in Machine Operations
- Have 3+ years’ experience in a relevant industry and be competent operating press and punch machines
- Have good attention to detail and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Be competent with Math’s and able to interpret design drawings

Hours of work and pay rate:

- Day & back shift
- £11.00 - £12.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing work - temp to perm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
