**IPS Vocational Specialist**

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 3 WTE Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Vocational Specialists to be based in our secondary care teams across the Black Country. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing team who provide specialist provision to our service users. These roles will support the national ambition of increasing access to IPS employment services as part of the NHS Long Term Plan.

**Main duties of the job**

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 3 WTE Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Vocational Specialists to be based across a range of our community secondary care mental health services across the Black Country.

**Person specification**

**Person Specification**

**Essential criteria**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Able to build relationships with participants and partners
- Experience of supporting people with mental health problems into work
- Knowledge of the barriers faced by individuals who may be socially excluded and furthest from the labour market.
- Good report writing skills

**Desirable criteria**
- L4 IAG
- Intermediate IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £28,407.00-£34,581.00 per year
