Being a Cosworth Apprentice means far more than studying towards a qualification. As part of your journey, you will be given the opportunity to work on exciting projects with some of the industry’s most prestigious brands as you learn your craft and develop your skills.

The full apprenticeship framework will include:

- NVQ3 Extended Diploma in a relevant skills area.
- Study towards a Level 3 Technical Certificate.
- Personal learning and critical thinking skills.
- Functional skills (Maths, English and ICT)
- Employment rights and responsibilities practical experience of the industry.

We have apprenticeship opportunities covering multiple disciplines such as:

- Engine Build
- Dyno
- Metrology
- Process Engineering
- Machine Shop
- Production Engineering

For our future apprentices we are looking for applicants with at least:

- 3 GCSEs, grades 9-4, including Maths, English and Science.
- Extended Diploma or BTEC in Engineering.
