**Job description**:
- Line management of the Planning team
- Export and analyse reports from Clik and any other operational systems as directed the finance department
- Escalate issues highlighted from any reports to your line manager via call back process
- Weekly analysis of timesheet data
- Escalate client related issues to Client Liaison Manager as required
- Weekly analysis of client financial portals
- Provide cover for the Client Liaison Manager and Client Liaison Assistant (Holidays, sickness or as directed)
- Allocation and categorizing of the Operations Inbox
- Ad hoc and project work when required

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
