You won't hesitate when it comes to handling situations involving confrontation and negotiation, and your ability to assist as well as steer clients in alignment with YPO’s goals will help you succeed in this role.

With a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving abilities, you will be confident taking a methodical approach to your work to ensure financial recovery while being proactive and reactive, to minimise any bad debts.
- 5 GCSE’s (graded 4-9 / A-C), or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Experience working within a similar finance environment.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other financial specific software.
