Excellent role on offer for a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to join a busy, growing company, where you will be working on bespoke products within specialist industries, and the opportunity to progress into specialist roles, managing your own projects fromcradle to grave.
Do you have experience in using 3D CAD to produce 3D models? Are you looking for a an exciting, varied role, working in bespoke products for leading products?
On offer is the chance to continue your career development, delivering the full mechanical design process, including preparing designs for manufacture, working to customers' expectations, all the way through to testing completed projects.
This companies continued growth, coupled with their on-going desire to improve their products has led to a vacancy of an mechanical design engineer. You will be working in an established, multi-disciplinary team to complete the introduction of new productsinto the business, as well as develop and improve existing design.
In this role you will be responsible for using SolidWorks software, completing FEA calculations and designing for fabrication.
**The Role**
- 2D & 3D Designing on SolidWorks software
- Working on projects to improve
- Using FEA on products
- **£35,000 - £45,000 + progression + 33 days holiday + pension + medical cash plan**

**The Person**
- Experience in SolidWorks/3D Software
- Knowledge/Experience in sheet metals and welding
- Sound mechanical knowledge/background
