Due to a continued period of growth and a recent acquisition, our client, a well-established, sub contract precision engineering machining specialist business is looking to bolster and grow their engineering division and are recruiting a CNC Miller.

You will have the opportunity to work on a myriad of projects derived from both individual domestic clients with specific one-off designs and needs through to commercial campaigns requiring large volumes of plastic or metal components.

This role will be working Monday to Friday and will be based out of their Northampton site, starting wage on offer is £14 - £17 per hour depending on experience.

Whilst Ideally we are looking to recruit an Operator or Miller with 5+ years of experience, If you are a little bit earlier on in your career, the organisation has the desire and resources to support and develop you and would still love to speak with you.

**Here’s what the role will involve**
- Setting, Programming and Operating machines
- Ensuring correct parts are produced and ensuring the correct quantity are produced
- Keep machining area clean and tidy
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and work orders

**What we’ll need from you**
- Experience working to high standard machining tolerances
- Ideally you will currently, or have previously worked as a Setter, Programmer or Operator of CNC Milling Machinery
- Have experience working with Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials
