The Falcon Manor, located in Settle on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Parks, was built in 1841. Originally named Ingfield Hall after the field in which it was built, it was renamed Falcon Manor in 1921. Bowland Inns & Hotels bought the Grade II listed hotel in 2014 and undertook a full refurbishment program that saw the original features exposed and restored. Falcon Manor now offers 16 bedrooms, a restaurant and function suite that hosts events for up to 150 guests.

**As a server and waiter/ess you will...**
- First impressions count and you will be the first person to set the warm and welcoming atmosphere
- You will be welcoming guests on arrival, ensuring they have everything they need during their stay and wish them well upon departure
- Be involved in service ensuring customers are greeted, seated and well looked after
- Play a part in training and developing to ensure consistent service standards.
- You will be required to assist guests in a friendly, confident and professional manner
- Ensure the guests have a fantastic experience from the first interaction to the last

**Also,**
- Be a seasoned pro in the hospitality industry with a strong customer orientation and understanding of service delivery
- Have mastered the ins and outs of exceptional guest service
- Strong personal organisational skills with the ability to balance a number responsibilities
- Ensure corporate and hospitality group policies and procedures are followed.
- To be confident in up selling and making recommendations through strong product knowledge and maximising sales opportunities
- Carrying out a full end of shift and security close down inspection, alongside a competent manager or supervisor to include all public areas, back of house and outside areas, dealing with any issues immediately with a key focus on cleanliness.
