**The Role**

Our Receptionist role is really important in ensuring a smooth office experience for everyone. We expect multi-tasking, an eye for detail and the ability to be adaptable in fast-moving times. You are the first person all our visitors and employees liaise with, so we expect approachability, professionalism and proactiveness, to ensure the efficient running of our operations within the office.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for?**

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast working environment and who is solutions driven. You need to be highly organised and have strong attention to detail to ensure a smooth operation of the office. We are looking for someone who is proactive in their working style, if something needs organising then you have the initiative to move forward and support the wider business. As a global agency that works within social media then being agile and comfortable working in an environment where change is inevitable is important. You will be the face of the agency for visitors, colleagues and clients, so having an approachable and friendly demeanour is very important for this role. You will be process driven and find working in a structured way important to doing an essential role for the agency.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Meet and greet guests
- Manage visitors and new joiner passes
- Answer phones and relay messages
- Book Couriers and liaise with Loading bay
- Book refreshments for meetings
- Meeting room scheduling and refreshments
- Book Travel (Flights, Trains, Taxis, Hotel)
- Order office supplies (breakfast/stationery/IT supplies etc)
- Distribute post and deliveries
- Reconciling receipts on Workbook
- Arrange Staff cycle inductions
- Assist with setting up and planning agency events and socials
- Assist with office clear outs
- Assist with catering for Lunch and Learns / Company events
- Share comms with new joiners about visitor procedures
- Fire Marshall
- First aider
