**Please note you will initially be based in Clydebank but will be moving to city centre location in September when hybrid working will be considered.**

You will be provided with full training as well as rewarded and encouraged to do the best job that you can do.

We have ongoing temporary contract available for 6 months and 12 months. Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and you will be based on site in Clydebank initially. You will also enjoy weekly pay with an hourly pay rate of £10.98 and an attractive holiday allowance of 39.5 days a year

**PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK AS WELL AS A FULL CRIMINAL AND DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND CHECK**

**A Typical Day........**
- Provide customers with a first class service and a positive experience
- Scanning ID and documentation onto in house system
- Processing legal paperwork
- Checking ID
- Providing full administration support at all times.
- Updating in house systems with critical information accurately

- Excellent attention to detail
- First class communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Experience of working to KPI's and targets
