**About the Role
**As a Data & Complaints Officer, you will be responding to complaints from members of the public and households in temporary accommodation. In addition to this, you will assist the team managers respond to complaints from Members, Councillors and Advocates. You will also be the main point of contact for any data related queries for the Accommodation Service and you will be collating data and running reports when required.

This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to be onsite during training then days in the office can be arranged.

The Allocations team consists of a team manager, allocation officers and a hotel placement officer.

**About You
**We are looking for a hardworking, capable individual who is confident in working with people facing difficult housing circumstances. Ideally you will have experience of working within a housing field and giving advice on housing solution options.

You will be a team player who is articulate, well organised, able to multitask and works well under pressure. You will also have excellent customer service skills and be able to use your initiative.

You will need great communication skills, whilst using the best method of communication for the task. You will also need to be IT literate and enjoy working as a team and independently.
