**Territory details**:John Lewis Bluewater
- Bluewater shopping Centre, Greenhithe, Kent DA9 9SA

**14.5 Hours per week**:
Thursday: 1 hour weekly Team update call (after 5pm)
Saturday: 9 hours between 09:00 to 19:00 (includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Sunday 6 hours between 10:00 - 19:00 (includes half an hour unpaid lunch break)

**The role**:
Working for CPM as a Brand Ambassador, you will be part of the Samsung Field Sales Team and the product expert for Samsung Home Appliances. You’ll be an extension of the in-store sales team, working alongside them to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung, and ultimately ensuring Samsung is at the front of their minds. You’ll have the presence to proactively build relationships at all levels in store, increasing product knowledge and brand awareness amongst your retail partner colleagues.
Our Brand Ambassadors engage customers, providing them with a memorable and excellent customer experience. You will ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products to meet these needs.

**You would be great for this Brand Ambassador role if you**:

- Are a strong communicator and listener, able to build relationships with people at all levels and communicate clearly.
- Are persuasive, with the desire to develop a career in sales whilst keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.
- Are looking to progress within the internal team - these could be opportunities like training staff, inputting ideas & creating those opportunities for yourself
- Have great confidence within your own ability
- Can gain trust and build relationships effectively and swiftly
- Thrive from working in a busy and sales driven environment
- Are tenacious and target orientated
- You are happy to be flexible and travel to other local stores if needed

**Salary & Benefits for the Brand Ambassador role include**:
