**Hours**: Full time 42.75 hours per week - Mon - Fri

**Salary**: Competitive, dependant on experience

**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our very busy Tannsport Team. You will be responsible for the administration for all transport compliance matters within the Recycling Lives Group

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the Compliance operations across the RL Group of companies
- Programme the routine maintenance plan onto the Fleet management system
- Administer the LOLER, tachograph and MOT plan
- Update the Fleet Management system with compliance paperwork
- Administer the on/off fleet and transfers
- Maintain the shared file back up system
- Provide daily compliance update reports highlighting hot spots
- Generate weekly tachograph analysis reports for infringements, card download and VU’s
- Produce weekly fuel drawing report highlighting excess use/drawings
- Administer Toll accounts
- Maintain in liaison with Insurance brokers the company MID
- Maintain the DCPC register and training records for drivers
- Administer the process of new drivers from recruitment through induction and probation sign off.
- Raise Purchase Order numbers
- To comply with all Company policies & procedures, including Drug Misuse
- Maintain a professional safety role model
- Build & maintain excellent relationships with external suppliers and internal departments
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally and cascade effective and timely communications
- Competent user in Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables and KPI graphs)
- Able to work flexibly to resolve issues efficiently
- Driven to achieve results, deliver high standards and continuously improve the way things are done
