BrighterBox is a different kind of careers service, connecting ambitious grads with unique opportunities at companies they care about in London.
**About the role**
We're looking for someone to grow and run a business area at BrighterBox: recruiting high quality grads into PR & Comms businesses and helping these companies diversify who they interview.
We need someone bright and ambitious who aspires to run their own thing one day - organised, can write well, can create a compelling vision so that companies see it as a no-brainer, happy to get on the phone/Zoom and speak to people, equally happy to do someof the grunt work to help get things off the ground.
**What you're good at**:

- You have some presentation and design capabilities - you can tell stories in powerpoint/Canva, put together great case studies and create pitch decks.
- You have your fingers on the pulse when it comes to Gen Z and employment trends.
- You're ready to hustle. If you're excited by what we're doing at BrighterBox then that should come easily
- You're not afraid of hard work (if this was gonna be easy then everyone would do it)
- Finding quick ways of doing things, challenging the norm, ready to share ideas and help shape the business.
