**Job Overview**:
We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our dynamic team based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. As a Scaffolder at Cotswold Energy Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Solar and Heat Pump installation projects of various sizes in the domestic market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Collaborating with the installation team to ensure efficient and safe access to project sites.
- Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment to guarantee its safety and functionality.
- Adhering to health and safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Working closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Providing assistance with other on-site tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Scaffolder in the construction or renewables industry.
- Valid scaffolding certification and relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical fitness and agility to handle the demands of the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Scaffolding: 1 year (required)
