This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join a London based client on a permanent basis. The role will be hybrid working (2 days per week in the office, 3 days at home), once all training is completed.

**Do you have experience leading a contact centre team?**

**Have you previously been involved in contact centre strategy and reporting?**

Duties for Team Leader:

- Conducting 121s
- Appraisals
- Putting rotas together
- General team leader duties
- Complaints report
- Stakeholder relationships
- Reporting
- Strategy
- Quality assurance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,121.00 per year
