As part of the administrative team, you will provide support to members of the Project & Data Solutions team who are based across multiple locations. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and quick to learn with a good eye for detail. The role involvessupporting a growing and busy team and so an enthusiastic, pro-active, adaptable approach is vital.

**The Role**

Your main responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to:
People
- Providing admin support to members of the Project & Data Solutions team (based in various locations) with a flexible approach to undertaking a variety of responsibilities as requested
- Diary management where needed. Co-ordination of client and internal meetings, checking attendee availability, coordinating calendars, booking meeting rooms and equipment and sending appropriate meeting invitations (including all relevant conferencing details),scheduling catering where needed
- Work closely within the established admin team, providing cover and support when required. Build a good, trusted personal network with all colleagues
- Provide administration support for virtual and in person team events
- Provide support ensuring team timecards are submitted on time and any outstanding issues are logged and updated as soon as possible
- Assist in the co-ordination of new joiners to the team, ensure that meetings are booked, new equipment is ordered promptly (and followed up) and all documentation is completed
- Arranging any necessary travel requirements (mainly hotels and train travel) in line with travel guidelines, ensuring that costs to the business and different travel options are considered
- Ensure that all delegated expenses are submitted on time with all necessary documentation
- Ensure that the team are supported with any IT requests, arranging new/amending distribution groups, ordering equipment and any other ad hoc requests

Clients
- Build strong relationships internally and with client representatives
- Code supplier invoices using company accounts payable system for processing by Finance
- Produce, amend, and update internal and client documents to a high standard using Microsoft Office packages (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), adhering to brand guidelines at all times
- Assist with client billing on a monthly basis where required

Excellence
- Deliver support that meets or exceeds expectations of those you are working with. Be proactive in thinking of ways of assisting others
- Set up client files in compliance with Records Management policies and procedures. File paper and electronic client documents/project materials. Scanning for client materials as required. Records management / Sharepoint support and maintenance
- Maintain filing system and monitor adherence to WTW’s 'Work Excellence’ procedures. Ensure filing is completed on a regular basis.

**The Requirements**

Technical skill set should include:

- Excellent IT skills and understanding of the Microsoft Office 356 suite - in particular, PowerPoint
- Good command of English language, spelling and grammar
- Ability and enthusiasm for learning new systems and IT packages

Personal attributes should include:

- Quicker learner who is enthusiastic with a can do, positive attitude
- Organised with attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work with associates across all levels, locations and lines of business
- Able to prioritise workload, multi-task and work to deadlines using own initiative
- Ability to recognise and display high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data and information
- Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills
