Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
- Receive and store kitchen supplies
- Dispose of trash and recycling
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the chef
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations
- Experience with food handling and safety practices
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures in a kitchen environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.70-£10.74 per hour

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
