Part-time Cook

We are looking for a Part-time Cook that can work two days at the weekend and two days during the week on alternate weeks and to provide holiday cover where necessary. The job role entails preparing healthy and nutritious meals that are appetising for breakfast and lunch. The Principal responsibilities include:
Maintaing a balanced diet and varied menus. To be aware of the clients' needs and dietary preferences. Actively contribute in the preparation and cooking of food and the cleaning of the kitchen area. Maintain the kitchen equipment, as specified by respective manufacturers. Ensure that after each shift, the kitchen is left in a clean and hygienic state. To ensure that a record of each meal is maintained as set out in Registration Regulations and per food hygiene regulations.

**Salary**: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
