**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and on-brand social media content across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a social media strategy
- Be confident on camera and directing videos with the wider CSVS team.
- Work strongly with the team to generate high-quality, engaging video and photo content for the business.
- Develop and implement creative concepts, and shot lists for video and photoshoots.
- Edit and produce high-quality video and photo content via Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video and photo production and marketing.
- Attend events throughout the year.

Qualifications:

- Experience in video production and photography, with a portfolio of video and photos.
- Expertise in video and photo production techniques, equipment, and software,
- Strong storyboard skills - creating concepts that can be easily explained to the wider team.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or CapCut.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering work on time and within budget.
- Experience in production for marketing and digital advertising.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
