**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Head of Region, the postholder is responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the team of administrators is delivered, providing coaching and support to administrators where appropriate, logging calls and service appointments to our clients and tenants. Planning and distribution of daily work to an engineering workforce and liaising with managers to ensure works are completed in line with expectation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with the Operations team, clients and other third parties to gather information and resolve issues within satisfactory timeframes.
- Manage team volumes, providing cover in times of peak volume or staff absence in the administration roles.
- Deliver a high level of professional customer service to communicate effectively with clients and tenants, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor admin team calls to maintain consistency of approach and improve quality of handling where appropriate, providing feedback and delivering coaching to individuals where appropriate.
- Review and report on operative performance for quality, errors, and feedback issues.
- Ensure service delivery is continuously improved to meet the needs of the clients and customers.
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
- To undertake such other duties, training and / or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
- Ensure IT system are updated as and when specified.
- Assist in the training of any existing and new staff.
- Ensure compliance with all Company Standards, Policies, and Procedures

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
