We are looking for health care assistants to join our team at Fern Gardens, a 92-bed facility dedicated to providing comfort and care for the elderly. This includes end of life care, nursing care and 24/7 residential care.

As a health care assistant you will provide person centred care and support. To assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, mealtimes, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.
