**PART-TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR 20 - 25 HRS/ LOUGHBOROUGH / REMOTE WORKING (1 day per month in office)**

Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with our longstanding client based in Loughborough in their search for a dynamic and experienced Payroll Assistant to join them in their established payroll team.

**The Role**

Your role will be to assist in ensuring all employees are paid correctly each month and collaborating with HR to maintain the integrity of all payroll related processes and you will also be communicating with all stakeholders across all levels.
**Your Responsibilities will include**
- Calculation of employee payments and deductions (Inc. Changes/transfers/increase/sick etc.)
- Data management (inc. entry)
- Resolving employee payroll related queries in a timely manner
- Coordinating with HR team to ensure integrity of information
- Process starters and leavers
- Amendments to employee information
- GDPR monitoring and enforcing company policy
- Checking payroll information
- General Office Duties
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

**Your Experience will include**:

- Previous End to End Payroll Experience
- Strong Numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
