Join a pension giant based in Crawley looking to expand their Pensions Administration team, due to increased workloads.
You will be office based in Crawley, with easy access by public transport. Possible Hybrid after probation.
What will the role involve?
- Building client relationships to ensure you are assisting and supporting them to the highest level
- Responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties
- Helping to resolve any customer queries and enquiries
- Ensure you are up to date on legislation's and regulatory requirements
- Support opportunities to retain business and ensure customers have all the information required before making decisions on their plans
- Provide alternatives to customers to ensure they have all options before making a decision
- Provide statements and updates of pension plans to customers

Great administration experience is essential however experience specifically in Pensions Administration is not.
