I am currently working with a **highly regarded regional law firm** who are seeking an ambitious Property Solicitor to **head up their Residential Conveyancing team** at their friendly office near Kingston upon Thames.

This is an exciting opportunity for a **current Head of Department/Partner,** _OR_ a **Senior Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer **who is **ready to take the next step into a senior management position.**
- My client offers a friendly and personable team environment, along with flexibility (hybrid options), a lucrative bonus structure and generous discretionary bonuses, as well as a busy caseload dealing with HNW individuals, and genuine opportunities to progress. _

**Required**:

- Have over 7 years of experience within residential property
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, whilst supervising and mentoring a team of junior fee earners
- Consistent and proven track record of billings
- Have a keen interest in business development, and consistently seek ways in which to promote the firm
- Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a personable approach to mentoring/upskilling
- Ambitious and driven

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
