To complete our team we are seeking a new Head of Production to help take things to the next level and be part of the exciting journey ahead.

You understand how agencies run and are the glue and lynchpin that holds everyone together on a project that requires production. You are able to create a roadmap and make the journey happen from the idea being sold to delivery. Nothing phases you.

You are the master of budgets and ballparking, and pride yourself on delivering projects within budget and on time. You are able to scale up and down a £2K production pot excites you as much as a £200K one.

You understand social and will have proven experience of delivering social first projects across multiple platforms in multiple formats. Innovation excites you and you are keen to learn about how we can integrate this into the content and activations we create.

**What You'll Do**:
You will help us develop our production capabilities and build our inhouse team and production pipeline. You'll be working alongside our Creative & innovation director but you will be seen as the production lead and have overall responsibility for the department.
- You will enable us to produce and make our creative and content ideas a reality
- Build a black book of producers, content creators, production agencies, film-makers, AR specialists, artists and anyone fabulous who will help bring our ideas to life
- You will ensure that all projects that involve production are scoped and planned to perfection
- You will work closely with our Director of Creative and Innovation and the content creator team to find the best and most cost efficient ways to deliver the ideas that are coming out of this department
- Working closely with Project Management and Client Services team to support with holding the clients hands and leading them through the process from ideation to delivery
- Own the production process, roadmap, detailed timings plans and scoping
- Be expert in problem solving/troubleshooting and finding ways to make things happen
- Be able to produce projects as well as source and manage producers to enable us to have multiple projects on the go
- Lead and run creative production WIP’s, recce’s, pre/post production meetings, manage usage rights, talent contracts and permissions to shoot
- Source and manage production agencies and working with our clients procurement team if required
- Attend and be the agency lead at shoots
- Be able to produce multiple assets in multiple formats and building the team around you to make this happen (from AV, digital assets to AR)
- Create a content library to store assets and manage usage rights
- Own production project reconciliations and wash up sessions
- Deliver behind the scenes materials and support marketing with creating sizzle reels and assets

**Requirements**:

- Be an experienced producer/production lead (qualifications an advantage)
- Have a wide breadth of experience working on projects of different sizes, and formats
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and the ability to work with both large and small budgets.
- A good understanding and passion for social with a thorough understanding & knowledge of established platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat) and passion/enthusiasm for emerging and niche ones (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Twitch)
- Experience of being client facing and supporting client service teams
- Strong relationship building skills at ‘Head of’ and ‘Director’ level roles
