Principal Transport Planner

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Principal Transport Planner** to help us grow our team and take a key role in our Development Transport Planning team, delivering high profile and challenging projects for our private sector clients.

In this role, you'll be working within a team environment. You'll support in the delivery of a wide variety of high-profile private sector projects, in London and the South East. You will also be involved in a range of activities from bidding through to client management and project delivery, as well as mentoring less experienced members of the team.

**You will be able to demonstrate the following professional experience and personal qualities**:

- An excellent understanding of the development planning process and the pre-construction highways approvals.
- A strong track record in working with and leading projects for private sector clients.
- Leading and guiding projects, and provide guidance to less experienced members of the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in finding a quick, innovative and practical solution.
- Excellent written communication skills and report writing experience.
- The ability to communicate and work collaboratively to form strong positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing knowledge and demonstrate pride in work.
