**The Company**

Beach Baker are working with a leading UK property consultancy who are at the forefront of the emerging field of Natural Capital.

They manage over 1 million acres of the Scottish and English countryside and coastline and are uniquely positioned to play a leading role in the natural capital markets and bring exciting new opportunities to landowners and investors.

**The Team**

The Energy and Renewables team is based all across the UK and offers unrivalled consultancy advice across a variety of renewables schemes. These include but are not limited to:

- Solar
- Wind
- Battery storage
- Hydrogen
- Biomass

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the rural, energy or renewables sector, with a background in representing and advising landowners. This role principally involves promoting land, evaluating offers, and negotiating terms with the preferred developer.
