We are part of the National Home Move franchise which is a 66 branch network across the UK and is headed up by some of the best people in the industry.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. You will also be responsible for:
Registering customers and dealing with enquiries.
Booking lettings market appraisals.
Booking and conducting Lettings viewings.
Booking mortgage appointments.
Negotiating lettings offers.
Keeping in regular contact with our landlords.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
**Experience**:
- Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales and customer service: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
