What does the role include?

**Set out below are the main activities of the position**:
Allocation of machines ordered by customers.
1. Meeting all customers specific delivery requirements. i.e. dates, times and liaising with our delivery companies to ensure they are met.
2. Coordinating tasks for the Workshop & Warehouse staff to complete, taking into account dispatch dates, and requirements for individual customers, to work out how best to order the work required.
3. Covering in Dispatch when staff are away or assisting when busy.
4. Booking on consignments using our Palletways online system for longer distance deliveries.
5. Assisting with stock take.

- At WASHCO we believe in developing and training our team members. Our business has been built on customer service. Whilst you may not have huge prior experience you will be guided, trained, and developed to provide the ‘WASHCO Experience’
- We recognise that not all customers and colleagues are the same and you will learn to tailor your approach to each situation.
- Able to act proactively and reactively towards your duties, be organised and able to prioritise duties
- Flexibility when business needs and customer expectations change.

Able to work well within a team and alone when required.
